Potty training is hard. Especially when your child is a strong willed 2.5 year old and you just so happen to be pregnant and running low on patience/sleep/etc/etc. It is so hard to not get frustrated when things don't seem to be working.
This morning, I put a diaper on Audrey to go to the grocery store and minutes later her diaper was soaking wet. She was standing next to the potty at the time. I certainly didn't lose it but I did let her know that we pee in the potty, not in her diaper and that she knows better. Her response was "Don't give up on my poopies, Mommy. Don't give up on them".
In other words, check your 'tude Mom. We'll get there. Who knew my 2.5 year old would be teaching me about patience?
